According to the Swedish consumer protection laws regarding remote agreements and home sale agreements, you as a consumer have the right to reject your goods purchased from us. The right of rejection can be issued to Tailor Store Sweden AB, Org.Nr. 556697-7061, Garnisonsgatan 48, 254 66 Helsingborg, Sweden. If you ordered goods that have been customized to your preferences, for example a tailor made shirt, the right to rejection is forfeited. The right of refusal does not apply if the purchase is worth less than 300 SEK and is only valid if the goods are returned in an unaltered state. You have the right to terminate the agreement by sending a message to Tailor Store within 14 days from the day of your purchase or within seven working days from the day of the agreement. This right does not apply for custom made goods like tailor made shirts as these are produced to meet your specifications and your needs. Please note that the process of making your shirt starts just hours after placing your order and production costs are involved. Any attempt to abuse our services will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under applicable law.
Tailor Store's custom-made products are always made to the measurements stated by you. If you choose body measurements, the measurements are adjusted according to the fit selected by you (slim/tapered, normal/regular or loose fit). If you choose the shirt measurements option, the measurements of your new shirt should be the same as on the original shirt, however, we can not guarantee that the seams and the design will be identical to the original shirt. We generally accept a slight variances from the original measurements. Please also note that we add a certain amount of fabric to our garments during production to adjust for the shrinkage that can occur during the first few washes of a garment. The amount added depends very much on the fabric itself and can therefore vary. We cannot guarantee that a garment in a standard size will have a perfect fit and therefore recommend you use your personal measurements instead. Please note that in some cases visible chalk marks or marks from ironing can be left on the garment which usually disappear without any extra treatment during the first wash. Garments made from different rolls of fabric may differ slightly in shade of colour due to normal variations in the dyeing process. Should any other problems occur, please contact us so we can find a solution together.
If the measurements or design of the custom-made garment you ordered do not correspond with your order for reasons other than mentioned above, we will offer you a new product free of charge by crediting your customer account. Please note that unused credits on your Tailor Store customer account will expire after one year. Tailor Store also takes responsibility for the cost of return shipments under the condition that you return the custom-made product in the same box as it was delivered in and send with the cheapest possible shipping method. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to state the correct measurements in profiles.
